Noisy. Construction noise on Saturday afternoon. Breakfast is good but the same every day. Clean. The staff is helpful.

The location is great, only about 15 minute walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean with a nice bathroom design.

Great location, in a quieter part but only 10mins walk from old town square which is perfect, tram links outside but everything is walkable. Hotel was quiet, staff very friendly and let me do late check out as I had a late flight on the last day. Room was cleaned daily which was nice. Room / hotel very clean, beds comfortable and have WiFi / Netflix available. Tea, coffee and water provided for free with a coffee machine, is a fridge + mini bar but chargeable.

We chose this hotel for the free parking, but I was completely surprised by how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. I particularly loved that they whatsapped us to make it easy to request things. They threw in lots of nice extras like a welcome drink and free minibar, were kind enough to extend our parking slightly, were happy with us staying late to eat our breakfast, and had lovely bath products to use. I would 100% stay here again.
