Absolutely delightful. The hotel presents very well. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The inclusive breakfast was really very good as there was a wide variety of choice from cereals, cold cuts to hot dishes. The food was fresh and well presented and replenished regularly to ensure that you did not miss out if you wanted a particular dish. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced. The location, situated not far from the main station and with the tram network right out side the front door, makes getting around very easy. It is simply a tram ride to the downtown centre. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet pickpocketed on the second day and the staff could not have been more helpful. If we return to Prague we will definitely be booking this hotel. A five star experience.

We chose this hotel for the free parking, but I was completely surprised by how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. I particularly loved that they whatsapped us to make it easy to request things. They threw in lots of nice extras like a welcome drink and free minibar, were kind enough to extend our parking slightly, were happy with us staying late to eat our breakfast, and had lovely bath products to use. I would 100% stay here again.

The girl who checked us in and out was so lovely and welcoming (I wish I could remember her name!) we loved the location. A few minutes walk to the train station and then main areas of interest 30mins max away. The breakfast was brilliant - So much choice. We had a triple room and there was plenty of room for us, as the dividing wall gave us our own space. The Nespresso machine was equipped with pods which was appreciated. Lovely toiletries too.
